My name is Lisa and I am so glad that you have found your way here. I am a yoga teacher and soon to be therapist who believes that if we connect inwards - into our inner space - we will make better choices for ourselves, our loved ones, the community and the planet.
I was rushing through life for almost 30 years until my body made me stop. I realised how tired I was and how liberating it was to actually say "No, I am not ok". Since then I have worked on creating space for myself in order to truly see my own priorities and connect back to my inner compass.
I want to guide you who are looking for something more in life into living closer to your truth through connecting in. My tools include hatha yoga, vinyasa, yin yoga, yoga nidra (yoga for sleep), breathing practices, meditation, journaling and therapy.
